About the event

This four part women's MiniRetreat leadership series can be booked individually or collectively for a 15% discount.

Each embodied awarness workshop focues on skill building around a particular inner capacity.

These MiniRetreats are for women who are walking a path of leadership in their lives and communities.

Boundaries will focus on skills that help women discern the territory of their own autonomy, their boundaries of self embodied, and self in the world. In this miniretreat, participants will gain tools to have more a stronger sense of integrity around their own boundary setting skills and more highly developed discernment of who and what to allow to enter their personal sphere and the tools to set boundaries that are within their control.

Workshop participants will have the opportunity to practice going deeper with their own internal and external boundaries and be given the tools to further develop this skill set on their own.

  • One hour long group zoom call pre-event
  • One half hour long individual session with Amy to speak about integration post event
